Payment is required within 2 business days of purchase. We accept Paypal, Visa/MasterCard or Personal Check.


Please allow approximately 8 weeks for your item to arrive. 6 weeks for the build process and 2 weeks for delivery.


The products will be delivered by truck freight to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided upon purchase. It is the customers responsibility to transport the product(s) inside. However, whenever possible, we will arrange white glove in-home service to you. Buyer will be made aware of this upgrade soon after the purchase.


We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, however, in rare instances damage may occur. Please inspect your item at the time it is delivered. If damage is evident with a CURBSIDE DELIVERY, note this on the shipment acceptance form, but please keep your item! We will have a local furniture restoration company come to your home to assess and make any repairs.

If your item has arrived with IN-HOME delivery and damage is evident, your item will be taken back to our warehouse for repair.


Returns are accepted for manufacturers defects only. Returns for stain selection etc. will not be accepted. If the seller agrees to a return, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item to Surrey Street Rustic. Item must be received in re-sell condition before a refund will be issued to the buyer. Item must be shipped back with insurance and packaged in accordance with the carrier that was selected.


All orders must be cancelled within 3 business days of payment. After this time frame has elapsed, a 20% restock fee will be assessed and deducted from the refund total.
